This is our second time using Adera Windows and Doors for a major replacement in our house. We were satisfied with the product and workmanship the first time, and the second time was a repeat performance. The 3-person crew arrived on time, clearly communicated what they were going to do and worked quickly and with minimum disruption to us or the rest of the house. Buying local was important to us and Adera has the manufacturer network to meet your requirements. In our case that included triple pane and low-e glazing. The old saying, you get what you pay for, is true!

Garry and his team were nothing short of excellent. He took us through the options, answered all our questions & concerns, and was invested in helping us get the right fit for our home. They replaced 12 windows and a glass sliding door, all of which open smoothly, are well insulated, and look great. The install team was on time, professional, and clean. They were well experienced in their work. Adera gave us a better price and better quality windows than others we had asked to quote. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

We have had our windows from Adera now for about 6 months and are very happy with them. Garry was great at explaining the products and made ordering easy. The office staff was always pleasant and very easy to deal with. Special thanks to Scott and the 2 Colins for working so hard in the cold to install. Our experience from start to finish with Adera for new windows was amazing. The customer service from their entire team that we worked with, Garry, Scott and both installers Collin and Ryan was above and beyond. They answered all our questions thoroughly, were knowledgeable about rebate programs, and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. The installation days were easy for us, and both Collin and Ryan were very professional, clean, respectful and did an excellent job. Adera & their team was amazing. Very knowledgeable salesperson who answered our questions about windows with respect to the govt grants we had qualified for. All of the windows & sliding doors arrived exactly as discussed with no surprises. The installation team was fantastic – they worked quickly and were very professional throughout the install (took about 5 business days as we had many windows in very high / hard to reach places). They were friendly and kept our space clean as they worked which was very much appreciated. A very nice company to work with us. On time arrival and neat and tidy while working. We had Jarrett and Ryan; both were polite and answered any questions. There was a small glitch in taking out one window which was set in cement, and they were not expecting this. However, steady working at it and they were able to clean out the old window and frame and install the new one. Nice job! Jarrett took me on a walk about after, to explain everything they installed. After they left, one would hardly believe they were here; their work areas were very clean. I highly recommend Adera Windows and Doors!
